Convalescing
I suppose it was inevitable, just a matter of time. This is the inside of my right knee. That cute little heart shaped chunk of cartilage is what has been causing the pain in my knee the past two weeks. It tore off and started floating around, lodging itself in some excruciating place when I was least expecting it, sometimes for a minute or two, sometimes for an hour, laughing at me all the while. Well, no more! My Olympian hero, Dr. Eric Heiden (yes, that's right, five gold medals in speed skating Eric Heiden) pulled it out yesterday. :) I hope this was the last surgery for me...FOREVER. That was number 4, in 4 years. I am done! No more! I would like to keep the rest of me as is, no more owies! NO MORE!

Graduation weekend
Staci's mom, Debbie, had a big party at a park on Saturday to celebrate all the graduates in the family. Corey and Staci from high school, Jared from Georgetown Law, Marci from SLCC, and Jenny from the U of U. What a smart family :)
There was a pretty heated and long lasting volleyball game. Lindsey got some great action shots.

How did this happen?
What happened to my baby? Where did she go? This is just not right. I swear she was here yesterday. Time goes by way too fast. One day you have this cute little baby and before you know it she becomes a beautiful young woman. Congratulations on making it through Jr. High Lindsey! The best is yet to come right?
