The Wedding

I'm still learning, but here are a few of my favorite photos I took at my niece Jenni's wedding last month. In no particular order. :)
 Out in the courtyard
 The cake
 A couple of cute boys
 A cute niece
 More cake
The reception was in a flower garden.
The bride and groom, and her mom (my sister).
Just the cutest baby ever.  I'm pretty sure that's a halo
Lindsey tugging on her cousin Chris' rat tail.
 Beautiful Lindsey
 The brides paternal grand parents
Whoa!  How did that get in there??

Bear Lake

A couple of days after Britt got home, we went to Bear Lake as a family and stayed in my brother's cabin.  (thanks Kelly!) It was nice to finally have the whole family together.  We rented a boat on Saturday and a couple of wave runners on Monday.  The water was FREEZING.  But, we managed to work around it and had a blast anyway.
Enjoying (curios about) a carrot.

Sleeping on Daddy's lap. Only a baby could sleep on a boat.

Corey relaxing in the hammock.
 Sleepy Britt.
 Sleepy Fonzie!
Chilin with mom in the hot tub.
 Jamie entertaining the baby.
 BLBLBLBLBLBL
Peter...(remember how your mom would tell you if you kept pulling that face it would stick?)  It did!

And she's home!

Sorry, I've been a little behind in my blogging. It's been a busy few weeks.  Here is the first reason why: (click on any picture to make it bigger)

 Waiting patiently at the airport
 Lindsey...still waiting.
We see her!!  She sees the sign :)
There were 4 Elders with her...
 Hurrah!
 Hurrah some more!
 I got her first :)
 Shock and tears...
 Hugging her sister Rachel....more tears.
 Grandma Georgia and Rachel
Dad and Grandma Arleen
 Grandpa Morrill
Meeting Layla for the first time :)
Lindsey! AKA Slime
Best friend hug! Alisa...AKA Lars
 Feeling overwhelmed
 More tears...shock...
 Cutest baby ever...I'm just sayin.
New home, welcome home sign...all new and strange for Britt.

A climactic end to nearly 19 months.  We are so happy to have her home.  There are some people who were obviously missing from the airport.  Corey had school so he couldn't make it (came a couple days later) and Robin and Jamie were in Canada.  But all in all, it was such a great day! This girl is one of my hero's.  It was a very brave thing she did and she has grown in leaps and bounds. I'm sure it's a let down for her to have to come back to real life and get on with school and the future. But she will always have those 19 months to look back on with many new friends who will feel her influence for a life time.  Well done Britt!  We love you tons!!!
