Convalescing
I suppose it was inevitable, just a matter of time. This is the inside of my right knee. That cute little heart shaped chunk of cartilage is what has been causing the pain in my knee the past two weeks. It tore off and started floating around, lodging itself in some excruciating place when I was least expecting it, sometimes for a minute or two, sometimes for an hour, laughing at me all the while. Well, no more! My Olympian hero, Dr. Eric Heiden (yes, that's right, five gold medals in speed skating Eric Heiden) pulled it out yesterday. :) I hope this was the last surgery for me...FOREVER. That was number 4, in 4 years. I am done! No more! I would like to keep the rest of me as is, no more owies! NO MORE!

Ohh. I hope you don't have any more surgeries too. I am glad you got the junk out of your knee!
Hang in there, good luck recovering! Do you need any books? Have you read Fablehaven series or Eragon series? Since I borrowed your Inkdeath I need to return the favor =)
Geez, that is totally crazy. Hopefully the pain will be gone now. I think the next 4 years you will have 0 surgeries:)
You get better soon. Call if you need anything.
You'll be flying past me on the running trail in no time!
