Week 5

Down another 1.5lbs for a total of 10lbs lost.  I don't think it's ever taken me this long to lose 10lbs when I'm really trying.  A little frustrating, but I am older.....boo.  I am not going to be discouraged! Fat percentage is down, and muscle percentage is up.  I attribute that to P90X!  And, I can chaturanga!  Couldn't do that last week!  I seriously shocked myself when I didn't just fall flat on my face. LOL  Really learning to love yoga!
